“Your service is exceptional. Today, you filled my maple tanks a day early while I was on the phone to ask if you could move the delivery up a day.
Three weeks ago, I had my 25 year old propane stove top replaced with induction. The day after I scheduled that installation, the propane stove stopped working. The next day the propane generator didn't self-test, and I figured out we didn't have gas. What I didn't know is that electricians were working outside, right next to the gas service entrance, and turned off the valve. Then, they failed to restore it.
The two Bove techs you sent did a great job of not laughing as I recounted the whole story, before they said, "so the big question is, who turned off the gas?” Then we all had a good laugh, and they performed a pressure test on the 1000-gallon tank that serves the house. They were great.
Every time I've called the office, I've spoken with a friendly, understanding person. So I guess it's safe to say that you are walking the talk of providing great service.”
